About Us

Matatoki is a rural school less than ten minutes south of Thames. We provide excellent teaching and learning programmes for students from Years 1 to 8, delivered by a committed and professional teaching staff. This is reflected in the high academic successes and student engagement our students achieve.

Matatoki School has amazing facilities! We have four classrooms, an upgraded car park, brand new courts, improved field, a large school hall, swimming pool, large playgrounds and a soon to be upgraded administration area and new school gardens. Matatoki School has a peaceful, rural aspect. Our students get to participate and enjoy many sporting, cultural and outdoor learning experiences throughout the year. We have a very supportive and friendly parent community, who contribute a lot to these experiences.
